CPR Classes

Thousand of people die every day in North America from cardiovascular-related diseases. The skills learned in basic St Mark James first aid training teaches candidates and participants the skills to help save and preserve the life. With effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) training the victims chances of survival increase by over 8 times! Effective and basic CPR training (CPR level “A”) can take only 3 to 4 hours to complete, however, candidates can enroll into more comprehensive courses (CPR level “C”) that prepare rescuers to save the life of a victim of any age. The most comprehensive level is CPR “HCP” and the most basic CPR class is CPR level “A”. All courses include training and certification in the use of AED’s which are a essential component of CPR training.
